The service advisers, Karen W. and Juan T. were professional, courteous and understanding. The repair technician, Vinny S., was a professional; he treated my 2014 Edge like it was his own. After the work was completed, my car was sent through their car wash and I was back on the road within two hours. The service department worked as a team to provide the BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership service department. I would recommend buying and having your Ford or Lincoln serviced there.
