Every statement he made was true .. the staff was kind, courteous and helpful. We walked came in at 11:00am, when we told Frank what we wanted he did all the research, came back with a price and we gave him the go ahead. He told my daughter and I to go get something to eat and come back in two hours when we told him we took an uber there he looked at us and said come back in one hour. We did and everything was ready!! More

Best car buying experience ever! I just leased my second Lincoln MKC. This is the second one that I have leased at Hempstead Ford Lincoln. Karen Hesdra is my sales person and what a I just leased my second Lincoln MKC. This is the second one that I have leased at Hempstead Ford Lincoln. Karen Hesdra is my sales person and what a great sales person she is! Not only is Karen a really nice person, but she really cares about her clients and goes out of her way to get you what you want at the best possible price. This is my third Lincoln, and I wish I had known Karen when I got my first one. I was so thoroughly ripped off by the first dealership I went to and was given terrible customer service so when I met Karen I was so happy to find her. The Lincoln part of the dealership is really upscale and the customer service is top notch and very accommodating. The service department is great too! Don't look any further. If you are in the market for a Lincoln go to Karen Hesdra at Hempstead Ford Lincoln! More

We have found the dealership to be responsive, avail This was our third transaction with Hempstead Ford Lincoln, and with Frank Romeo in particular. We have found the dealership to be responsive, available, fair, and honest with us. Frank is an exemplary sales person and representative of Hempstead Ford Lincoln. He worked with us to give us the best possible service, and the best possible pricing terms. Our most recent experience involved us buying out (early) the lease on our Edge, and at the same time trading in our Toyota Camry (for which we received a very fair offer as a trade-in), and then leasing an Escape. Our daughter will likely be in the market for a vehicle within a year, and we will absolutely do business with Hempstead Ford Lincoln and with Frank Romeo. As for Ford in general, we are now back to being a Ford Family. 100%. P.S. Frank: Thanks for the complimentary detailing which we will take care of this Saturday, so that the Edge looks brand new and maybe even will have that "new car aroma" once again, As for the Escape, we are very very pleased. We have had many Fords in our family fleet, including a '59 Galaxie, a "63 Galaxie, '65 Mustang, a '67 LTD, a '70 Torino, a '76 Granada, a '75 Pinto, a '75 LTD, an '84 Escort GL, an '86 Mercury Sable wagon, a '90 Lincoln Town Car, a '90 Lincoln Mark 7, a '91 Explorer, a 2000 Mustang GT, and a 2001 Escape. Three of those cars are still on the road! We were impressed by Corey's cheerfulness at the front desk, and by Lowell's expertise on the EcoSport we chose, as well as the other cars in the showroom, and of the past. We like dealing with people close to our age who have that experience and knowledge, which we value when purchasing a new car, since our last new car was the '84 Escort! So, to Corey and to Lowell we say thank you, thank you for the bubbly and for the big red bow, and we give to them the highest, 5 gold star award...they went above and beyond the normal greet-and-sell routine.
