SO WHEN YOU TEY TO CHECK UP ON THE STATUS OF YOUR VEHICLE REPAIR YOU ONLY GET VOICEMAIL!! They don't bother to calk back. I guess the service department thrives on the facf that Fords break down so much that they always need repairs!!!! Service department is not worried because of the frequent and high price maintenance costs of owning a Ford! They could he more professional in their service delivery. More

Service department is nonresponsive!they don't return calls, are unhelpful and take FOREVER to complete repairs on vehicles that should not be damaged. More

Never did we feel we were being pressured to act or purchase any vehicle or option that we didn't want. Throughout the process he took the time to make sure we were comfortable and understood the features, both before the sale and upon delivery. He also offered a follow up call to answer any questions that might arise in the days ahead. Evan also suggested we should feel free to contact him in the future and stop by if he could help in any way as we become more familiar with the Navigator and have any questions. This sales experience is probably the best I have encountered in any of our vehicle purchases over the last 8-10 years. More

From start to finish they were courteous, informative, patient and accommodating. I walked in on Friday just to look around, test drove a Ford Explorer XLT Sport and fell in love! I picked my truck up on Saturday. I have only wonderful things to say about this dealership and all of their staff.
