Oliver, Service Manager and Karen W., Service Advisor are solid performer in delivering customer service. Oliver is a good listener and then he will test your car to find the problem and find resolve the issue. This service team is high touch in customer service and high tech knowledge in automobile. "They have enough customers so they don't need me." Disgraceful treatment of a customer, stay away! Manager Douglas Curtis didn't even know who I was and why I had complaints in the past.
