I was greeted on line by a smiling woman who asked, not what I was there for BUT how I was doing. I was then met by Karen. who made me feel like I was the only customer in the dealership. I had recently got into a car accident and my car was totaled out by the insurance company. I went into Hempstead Lincoln Ford on a Saturday morning. I spoke with Doug Curtis, who sat me down in his office and went over my situation. Doug hit every point of concern for me - put a car package together for me and handed me off to the outstanding saleman Lowell Foreman. Lowell took me for a test drive of the car. He was patient and told me to take my time, hit all maneuvers and test out all the features. Lowell then went over all the paperwork (dotted the i's and crossed the t's with me). From beginning to end - it took a total of 4 hours which was pleasurable since my last experience at another dealership was close to 7 hours. If you are in need of an automobile, please make Hempstead Lincoln Ford your first choice! More

Bad to Great I have had my Ford Explorer for 2-1/2 years and have always loved the service they provide, until this recent visit. It was a stressful day and I had I have had my Ford Explorer for 2-1/2 years and have always loved the service they provide, until this recent visit. It was a stressful day and I had just picked up my twin 3 year old nieces, got in the car and it would not start. Of course the girls were nervous and didn’t understand what was going on so I calmly called Ford Road Service. Tow truck came and I was able to get the car to Hempstead Ford. I went into the service office and explained what my situation was and the service rep said “so what do you want me to do for you”. I cannot llie, I was a little shocked because like wsaid I have always had great experiences there before. Without sounding like a total witch, I replied “oh I don’t know, how about finding out what caused it to not start?!” A different service rep saw the look on my face after he walked out, her name was Karen Wunderlich, and asked what was going on. I explained the whole situation including what he said to me. She immediately went out to him and my car and took over the whole reason for my service. Thank you to Karen for turning a bad experience into one that was once again pleasant, the way Ford Lincoln has always been before. More
