The worst part of my experience was sitting in the car trying to figure out how to use the naviga The process of buying my 2018 Ford Explorer was OK. The worst part of my experience was sitting in the car trying to figure out how to use the navigation and all that other fun stuff with the sales rep. While we were sitting in the car, the engine started smoking. As my pregnant wife and two year old daughter jumped out of the car in fear i knew this was bad. Keep in mind the car has 5 MILES ON IT! The car was overheating and coolant fluid was completely drained from the car. This is unheard of! I'm not looking for a hand out or any freebies. I didn't want to imagine this happening to me or anyone else while their out on the road with their families . No one at the dealer wanted to take responsibility for this discrepancy on their part and said it was not their fault. I'm leaving this review for other people to know the dangers of this dealership. This was a brand new car that shouldn't have happened especially when my whole family was in the car. This is the last time I'll buy a car from this dealership or any Ford deanship. If I could post any photos to prove to you how bad it was i would. More
