GREAT EXPERIENCE I was referred to Mr. Carter by a friend of a friend. I simply came into the dealership to inquire about terminating another Ford leased vehicle appr I was referred to Mr. Carter by a friend of a friend. I simply came into the dealership to inquire about terminating another Ford leased vehicle approximately 6-7 months before end of lease. I did not intend to take action during this visit. However, Mr. Carter's attention and advice caused me to leave Hempstead Ford Dealership with a newer, better Escape than what I had. I also liked the personal attention from every member of the Ford staff and the showroom facilities are immaculate. I appreciate that. The only minor complaint I have is that after I collected the car, I had some questions and called Mr. Carter but I never received a call back. I had occasion to go into the dealership a few days later while I was in Garden City for a wake and Mr. Carter told me he has a new phone. Well, that may be the case, but my phone number should definitely be a part of my record on file. It makes me feel as though once the sale was made, it wasn't as pressing to return my call. Other than that, Mr. Carter's attention was what made me commit to a new vehicle at a higher monthly dollar output. More

Excellence in Customer Service I have been purchasing and leasing cars for many years; economy vehicles when I was young and then increasingly higher end models. In all my years I have not come across a better sales and product expert as Evan Boucaud. I walked in without an appointment right before year end and Evan treated me as if he had been waiting for me! He took his time and explained everything concerning the car I selected, gave me options with regard to pricing and was just a lovely person to deal with. I have not stopped talking about this dealership (which by the way, every person I encountered was warm and friendly).
