If you value your car, GO ELSEWHERE. Coincidence? Yea, well it just so happened that they were checking out a blinking airbag light and broken odometer that I made the mistake of asking them to look at. So CLEARLY they were in the general area doing their "diagnosis" - RIGHT? And to add insult to injury, they charged me a DIAGNOSIS FEE even though they knowingly had NO PARTS for either item! And what exactly were they diagnosing? I asked them to fix both because they WEREN'T WORKING. No joke. Oh, and they cracked my dash for good measure. When I asked the "advisor" Matt about this when dropping off my car a 2ND TIME for them to fix the AC/Heater that they broke, he just shrugged his shoulders and did his best to ignore thing - just pounding away on his computer as if he was hot the trail for a cure for cancer. I mean, I could tell what the outcome was going to be before anything was even done. Matt couldn't even be bothered to call me to tell me that my car was ready after telling me that the "TECH" denied he did anything to break my AC/Heater or crack my dash - which was a real shock. Matt said "he thought he called me". Don't worry Matt, I waited an extra day for you to take your well-deserved day so I could call YOU after your triumphant return. Folks - this service department is a complete and utter CLOWN SHOW. And whoever writes those sympathetic replies to any angry comments here... SAVE IT. If you or anyone really gave a rip, you'd address any and all issues while the customer was ON SITE and not after you read how angry that are and how they got the shaft and are now making an effort to WARN OTHERS. Again, save it... More

Worst service ever If you were to ask me to recommend this dealer to you. I'd say no in a flash. I have never had a worse experience or treatment than today. I will not If you were to ask me to recommend this dealer to you. I'd say no in a flash. I have never had a worse experience or treatment than today. I will not ever go to your business for service or even to purchase a car. I don't appreciate the way your service advisor tried to get me to have my car towed to your business but not follow it. Yeah not gonna happen. I never plan to do business with your particular dealer after the way I was treated on the phone today. Don't ask me to come in and give you a chance because the answer is no! It's just your money they're interested in Came in for service and to have driver's seat controls checked as it would not adjust to desired positions. I was told the whole motor needed to be ch Came in for service and to have driver's seat controls checked as it would not adjust to desired positions. I was told the whole motor needed to be changed which would cost $700 in parts. I asked to just fix it to one position as I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money. Soon as I got home seat went back to the farthest position and wouldn't move. Went back to Hemborg. Service rep said he needed to charge me again to reposition seat or change the motor. I said I wasn't willing to pay as I already did and demanded they reposition seat for me within hearing of other customers. They did change it but this time seat was all the way forward. I went away with my blood pressure up to the roof. I went to A+Nissan, a shop in Corona. Guy checked fuses and wiring. After 20 minutes it was fixed. It was a bad connection. Guy charged me $20. More
I visited the Hemborg Ford Parts Depatrment this past Thrusday. It was without a doubt, THE BEST experience I have had over the past two months since working on my 2006 F-150. I have been to five South Thrusday. It was without a doubt, THE BEST experience I have had over the past two months since working on my 2006 F-150. I have been to five Southern California dealerships. Four in Orange County. The parts staff has two reps at the counter! The others had one rep and seemed to be more interested in over selling me products I did not need or were interested in directiing me to the service departmet. I am capable of doing the work myself. The Hemborg Ford reps were friendly and knowlegable. They listenend to my questions and as a result I purchased only the parts I needed. This corrected my problems with my truck! No pressure, just people interested in helping me! In the future, I will go to HEMBORG FORD IN NORCO and drive an extra 35 miles. Joe (Trabuco Canyon, CA). More

I went in to get a routine oil change, thinking i would receive better service at the dealership versus a jiffy lube or something else. Waited about 2 hours and I was on my way with my car checking out to receive better service at the dealership versus a jiffy lube or something else. Waited about 2 hours and I was on my way with my car checking out to be in great shape and a was ONLY recommended 100,000 service soon (I'm a few 1000 miles away) The Very NEXT day my brakes are squeaking. I head to the local auto shop and they said my brakes are gone and have now ruined my rotor. I look over my paperwork and my brake inspection that was done the day before said my brakes were good. I was not given the opportunity to get my brakes fixed with the life-time guarantee I had on them through auto zone because I was told in my inspection I didn't need them. Now I not only needed brakes but a new rotor. The technician failed to perform a proper inspection and caused a safety hazard, as I drive my children around in this truck. The service manager Robert Quintero said that he would only replace the rotor and i had to pay for new brakes and labor, regardless of his team performing a poor inspection and failing to their job duties correctly, which would have allowed me to swap my brakes and avoid and complications. This is a serious problem. Unfortunately with my circumstances spending $105 on brakes was something I can't afford, I explained this to him and said I could have taken care of this at no expense had the inspection been performed properly. To which Robert belittled me and said "Ma'am, it's not that expensive and it's your vehicle so your responsible for the repair." In front of other waiting customers and my children in the waiting room. He has no right to judge or put down someone without any knowing of what they may be facing and to him it may not be expensive but for an unexpected cost it was a lot more then I could afford And shouldn't have had to pay. I asked for the rotor and would have the work done somewhere else at a later time when I could switch the brakes at Auto zone and he refused forcing me to perform the work there or purchase a new rotor and brakes somewhere else. He said he even spoke to the General Manager Mike Baine and he said he was more than fair on their offer. I can't understand how this service is acceptable. I wonder how many other innocent people you guys rip off into forcing them to have the cars repaired there because of poor oil change inspections, maybe you even do this on purpose to force us to return and pay for services that weren't necessary and forced upon us. This place is a JOKE!!! I went to purchase a car that I found online at hemborg I get there and had a overall not bad experience in the purchase of the car. They try and gouge you a little but honestly wha found online at hemborg I get there and had a overall not bad experience in the purchase of the car. They try and gouge you a little but honestly what dealer doesn't... Anyway I had bought the truck and everything was a mess from then on I had a due bill from the dealer stating that there were things to b fixed on the car that we had discussed prior to the sale and it took them 3weeks to call me and set up and appt. then when I come down there they don't have the parts and sent me away that same day on my way home I noticed the transmission started shifting erratictly and hard and when I pull in my drive way and get out there is coolant leaking from the truck!! 2 days later I bring it into service and explain to them the problems I am having. At this point I had had the car for 3weeks and put only about 200 miles on it. The service guy calls me in the afternoon saying the transmission did not have the correct up to date flash put on the computer and they flashed it and the tech says it shifts fine. Also said they couldn't find the coolant leak.. So I say I will come show your tech where. I get there the truck is in a stall and in 2 min I show the guy the leak and NOW he sees it!!  I ask if they did a pressure test he said "no". Any backyard mechanic knows that if you have a coolant leak u should pressure check the system before anything!! So after this they find the leak...I leave and they call me a few hours later saying that I am going to have to pay a deductible for replacing the part that was broken! This is where I flipped my lid! How can they possibly think that it's ok to sell me a car (that was certified pre owned)  that breaks within a month and ask the customer to fork out another $100 for a deductible on the warranty on something that should have been fixed before the car was sold? If the inspections on the car to "certify" it were performed by technicians that actually know what they r doing this wouldn't have happened! I am still in the battle for the money and am Refusing to pay it! This place is horrid the co owner even got involved and seemed to not care at all about the fact that he has lost a futre customer and dissatisfied a current one!! The service dept is the worst in CA! I would just say stay away from hemborg and don't line there pockets with any more money!! Hope Tor (co owner) and Pat (service manager) see this and know who it is coming from and fix the problems with service techs having to b taught by customers on how to do there job! Unacceptable!! Also wanted to add on the fact that 3 months after I purchased the car from these people I had to take it back to them to get it smogged because the geniuses down there never took care of it so here I am driving around with no registration for 3 months!! These people really need to get there things together down there!! More
I recently purchased a used vehicle 2 months ago from this dealer (See review below from DHouseholder, April 2012) Less than 2500 miles later, the truck breaks down. I am told it should be covered under this dealer (See review below from DHouseholder, April 2012) Less than 2500 miles later, the truck breaks down. I am told it should be covered under the warranty and to have it towed to the dealership. After a 6 hour ordeal to get it towed in, I am told they cant give me a ride home, a loaner vehicle, and the rental agency they deal with is closed. Eventually they give me a ride to the airport to rent a car. The next day I am advised the repair will not be covered under the warranty and they wanted $1300 to fix it. I declined because I cant afford it. Then they wanted $200 to let me have the truck towed out of there. I asked to speak with a manager and recieved the run-around for over 30 minutes. I never did get to speak with a manager, but they eventually gave me the vehicle back at no charge only after I started warning other customers about my experience. This was my 3rd purchase in 6 years, and I am also in the market for a 4th new vehicle(my 1st purchase was totaled in an accident) and made that known the 1st day I was there. If this is how they treat repeat customers, I would stay away. They will bend over backwards to make the sale, but God help you if you need service after the sale. More
