Teri Temiyosa in Hemborg's internet sales department helped me research a great many different trucks until I was sure which model and options I wanted. Automobile buying is an experience which people should take more time to learn about what they want in a vehicle. Frank and Teri made it possible for me to do this. Dutch got the financing that we wanted and we are truly loyal Ford customers and will continue to be so. We talked to two other Ford dealerships and after an initial run through never heard from them again. Even after taking our trade-in buy for them to look at and appraise. Ford has really gotten the idea about how to design a great car with amenities that cost you a lot from the competition. Fit and finish certainly beats the Japanese cars and is beginning to rivel the German guys also. We have owned Mercedse, BMW, Infinity and Acura and both our Fusion and Flex are right there in terms of overall quality and the price is great. Keep it up Ford!! - Jan Hartz More

I received a quote from Hemborg Ford on a 2011 Ford Fiesta and received a quick response with impressive internet pricing from Teri Temoysa. I went in and found that the car quoted was no longer availb Fiesta and received a quick response with impressive internet pricing from Teri Temoysa. I went in and found that the car quoted was no longer availble but they did give me the same pricing on the available cars. My overall experience when buying the vehicle was great! The reason for the bad review is less than 24 hours after I purchased the 2011 Ford Fiesta with 49 miles on it my car broke down. They had me towed to the nearest Ford Dealership from where my car broke down. Hemborg has been giving me the run around ever since saying that they have contacted Cerritos Ford and discussed the situation. Hemborg also told me they were going to tow my car there so that they can inspect it themselves yet it hasn't been done. I spoke to the service dept. at both Hemborg and Cerritos and both dealerships said they haven't heard anything about towing the vehicle anywhere. I have been told that the transmission control module was defective and the part has been ordered from Sacramento. If all goes well and that's the only problem I should see my car back in 5 days. Apparently the lemon law states that they get to fix it 3 times before they will replace it and they are sticking to it. More

MY PLAN WAS TO START AT HEMBORG FORD AND THEN MOVE TO THE DEALERSHIP TERRI OF HEMBORG FORD SENT THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE QUOTE OF ALL THE DEALER SHIPS. MY PLAN WAS TO START AT HEMBORG FORD AND THEN MOVE TO THE DEALERSHIP IN FONTANA, AS THE GENTLEMAN WHO RESPONDED TO THE INTERNET QUOTE FOR THAT DEALERSHIP EQUALLY IMPRESIVE, BUT TERRI'S QUOTE AND PRESENTATION WON OUT. ONCE AT HEMBORG THE I FOUND A F-150 I WAS INTERESTED IN. NOTE - NOT THE ONE TERRI QUOTED ON . JEFF GRIFFIN SHOWED ME THE VEHICLE AND WAS VERY IMPRESIVE AS A SALESPERSON. THE ADDITONAL STAFF THAT FINALIZED THE DEAL WERE VERY FREINDLY AND PROFESSSIONAL ALL AND ALL A VERY GOOD SALES EXPERIENCE DAVID NEVIUS More
