I had a very pleasant experience at Hemborg Ford. It all started with Teri. She was AWESOME. On Wednesday, I filled out a quote on-line and within minutes, she called me. We set an appointment for Saturday and when I arrived, she greeted me with a smile and had all the information printed out. There was no hassle waiting around and no swarm of salesmen crowding me. Unfortantely, the truck I picked out on-line had already been sold, but another one caught my eye. Within minutes, I was test driving it with Hugh and shortly thereafter, negotiating with Andrew (under $500 Andrew, LOL). The whole time, Teri kept checking on me to see how things were going. This was the best experience buying a car I have ever had. Being a Ford man, I will definetly return to Hemborg, but not until I get my use out of my new F150... I used Hemborg to special order a 2012 Focus and had a great experience. Throughout the process Teri always kept me informed of the status of my car. I'm surprised she did not get sick of me because I emailed her so many times. She always returned my emails very quickly and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend her. Hue my sales guy also was great and very low pressure. No underhanded sales tactics used at all. I also delt with Gary the sales manager and Ed Priebe (The GSM). Gary and Ed were great. Most importantly I felt like Ed was 100% honest with me about pricing, warranty information and why I should do businees with Hemborg. If I felt for one second that someone at Hemborg was being dishonest I would have left the dealer and never returned. This is a very honest and straight forward dealer. And the best part is I walked out of the dealer feeling like I got a great deal. The car did have a small crack in a piece of plastic on the interior that came from the manufacturer (Not Hemborg's fault)and Gary promptly promised to fix the part by ordering a new piece from Ford. It's great to be able to business with a handshake and believe that it still means something. If you are thinking about purchasing a new Ford I would highly recommend going to see Teri, Hue , Gary, or Ed More

This is the second car I have purchased with Jamie at Hemborg Ford in the last 5 months. The first was a 2011 Ford Explorer Limited for myself. Buying the Explorer in May was such an easy and pleasant ex Hemborg Ford in the last 5 months. The first was a 2011 Ford Explorer Limited for myself. Buying the Explorer in May was such an easy and pleasant experience that when my wife decided she wanted a new car we didn't even consider another dealership. I called Jamie and told her what my wife wanted, a 2011 Ford Edge Limited, and she gave me the price over the phone. As it turned out, Hemborg Ford did not have the exact color and options we wanted so Jamie went to work and found one. They arranged a trade with another dealership picked the car up and delivered it to my home were we signed the papers and took possesion of the new Edge. How's that for customer service? Perfect!!! 1st time buyer at Hemborg but they certainly will retain my loyality. On line contact was quick and effective. Dutch got the financing that we wanted and we are truly loyal Ford customers and will continue to be so. We talked to two other Ford dealerships and after an initial run through never heard from them again. Even after taking our trade-in buy for them to look at and appraise. Ford has really gotten the idea about how to design a great car with amenities that cost you a lot from the competition. Fit and finish certainly beats the Japanese cars and is beginning to rivel the German guys also. We have owned Mercedse, BMW, Infinity and Acura and both our Fusion and Flex are right there in terms of overall quality and the price is great. Keep it up Ford!! - Jan Hartz More
