I live in Southern Oregon and found my dream car on this lot. I am so lucky that Hemborg Ford had this car. I sent my inquiry on a Sunday evening and Teri called and emailed me that same evening. She was clear and up front with me from the very beginning, but it wasn't in a gruff way that many sales people often take. Teri was VERY friendly, warm, and inviting in such a pleasant way that made me feel like I was talking with friendly. By the end of Sunday evening, she and I had nearly finished the deal. We confirmed the deal on Monday afternoon and the paperwork began. I made travel arrangements to fly to southern California to take delivery of my perfect car the following Sunday and Teri kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire week. That Sunday morning, Lorenzo picked my father and I up at LAX (an hour's drive from the dealership and on his day off) and was also extremely friendly. He was very sociable and quite pleasant. Actually, all the staff that I encountered could be described with the same words. I purchased my Orange Ford Edge from Hemborg Ford. Every day that I walk up to it or run to the store, I am filled with happiness. This is the car that I have wanted for two years and this dealership made it happen! More

The fine details were worked out and the paperwork completed with Mike in fiance. The staff made us feel comfortable and we're happy with the deal and the overall experience with Hemborg Ford. Teri was very helpful in finding the exact car I wanted. She also got me the best price I found from many dealers. Frank was a good salesperson. The only issue I had was the amount of time it took. This was about 3 hours longer than I would think is acceptable. This length of time was not because of trying to decide. After the first 1/2 hour we began the negotiations. There was a lull in the activities for almost 45 minutes where I kept being told I would be going to the finance department in "5 minutes". I finally told the dealer I was going to get some lunch and we could pick this up later. Other than that, I am very pleased with the car I got and the price I paid. I am also pleased with the financing options I was given. More
