Overall the experience was good. Teri was our sales person and she did a great job of getting us a fair deal. I appreciated her hard work. When I asked if they would at least give me half a tank so i could get to my destination I was told they only fill up vehicles that are certified Ford trucks. What a poor way to end a transaction where I spent thousands of dollars. They should really think about their policies for new customers. More
I first visited the dealership on Friday, November second around 4:30pm. I explained to a salesman (I forgot his name) that I was looking at getting into a car in the fusion/focus range. There wasn't a 2013 around 4:30pm. I explained to a salesman (I forgot his name) that I was looking at getting into a car in the fusion/focus range. There wasn't a 2013 fusion available to test drive so he showed me the 2013 escape, and 2013 focus. After discussing what I wanted in a car, he suggested a 2013 Taurus SEL that he had in stock. He was very patient, helpful, and seemed very knowledgeable. By the end of that visit, my wife and I felt that the Taurus was a bit out of our price range and decided to wait for a 2013 fusion. On Monday, November fifth, I decided to submit an inquiry on edmunds.com to see if I could find a 2013 Fusion with the features that I wanted. I received several phone calls from dealerships but Teri was the only one who was able to find me a car that met my exact specifications that I didn't have to wait six weeks for. She was also able to get me a deal that the other dealerships wouldn't match. She was very helpful through the entire process and was quick to reply to any questions that I submitted to her via email. The other sales people at the other dealerships seemed overly aggressive in comparison. With my experiences with interacting with Teri and the first salesman that I mentioned, I felt really good about committing to the purchase here at Hemborg Ford. The Next day, I received a received a call from Joe Watson asking me about my experiences at the dealership, and if I would still consider the Taurus if we could work out a deal. Like the others, he was patient, and willing to answer any questions I had. We ended up coming to an agreement on the original 2013 Taurus that I was looking at, and I picked it up that night. I was also assisted by the sales manager, and by someone from finance. Both of them were extremely helpful as well. I especially appreciate how I was presented my options during the financing, and wasn't overly hassled when I decided not to purchase everything. Overall, my experience at Hemborg Ford far exceeded that from any dealership I have interacted with in the past and I will continue to look to them for future purchases and services. More

My wife and I had our baby early. Therefore, I was unable to make it down to Hemborg to look for a new car. Jamie in Internet sales was extremely helpful and understood our situation. She searched throughout to make it down to Hemborg to look for a new car. Jamie in Internet sales was extremely helpful and understood our situation. She searched throughout her inventory for a brand new 2012 Edge. She found one and was able to keep the price just under our 30k out the door price. Also, Eric(k) sp? was extremely helpful with explaining the features and didn't push for a sale. I've been in sales and when a salesman like Eric(k) just talks to you as in a casual conversation, it's much more relaxing and makes for a better experience. We will be back for our next car purchase! More
I went in looking for an economical vehicle. I am 21 so I had very small amount of credit. Luis showed me a few cars and I ended up on the 08 Ford Taurus. He insisted we drive it first and that I was not wasting his time. Very friendly and very professional. I needed a payment around 250 to 300 after going back and forth we had agreed on 295 if the bank could approve it, I come back the next day to find out my payment was only $256!! I was ecstatic! OK SO AT FIRST I WASNT GOING TO STOOP TO THE DEALERSHIPS LEVEL BUT I FEEL MY TIME AS WELL AS MY FAMILY MEMBERS TIMES HAVE BEEN WASTED THE THREE OR FOUR TIMES HEMBORG FORD SALES REPS DEWAYNE, AND JOHN HAVE G LEVEL BUT I FEEL MY TIME AS WELL AS MY FAMILY MEMBERS TIMES HAVE BEEN WASTED THE THREE OR FOUR TIMES HEMBORG FORD SALES REPS DEWAYNE, AND JOHN HAVE GIVEN ME THE RUN AROUND.
