Defect in dash board Recently went with my daughter to take 4month old edge in. The dash board had a defect on it. After taking it back for a second time for them to take pictures of it Matt is claiming it's not a manufacturer problem . It looks like someone cut it. I was a passenger in the car when Matt came out to take these pictures . He didn't even no what setting to put camera in , he was taking pictures with flash on and the dash board was in the sun . I asked him if he would like me to step out of the car so he could take pictures ( on passenger side) not once , not twice , but three times and he still didn't acknowledge me . You would think that replacing this dash board was coming out of his pocket personally. This man who calls himself a professional was a sad example. I will never refer anyone to this service department!!!' More

The rest of the staff who helped complete the process was fast, friendly, and efficient. I was told the whole motor needed to be changed which would cost $700 in parts. I asked to just fix it to one position as I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money. Soon as I got home seat went back to the farthest position and wouldn't move. Went back to Hemborg. Service rep said he needed to charge me again to reposition seat or change the motor. I said I wasn't willing to pay as I already did and demanded they reposition seat for me within hearing of other customers. They did change it but this time seat was all the way forward. I went away with my blood pressure up to the roof. I went to A+Nissan, a shop in Corona. Guy checked fuses and wiring. After 20 minutes it was fixed. It was a bad connection. Guy charged me $20. More

Warning do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. I bought a used vehicle and purchased a 2 year warranty on it. About three weeks later I noticed it was leaking oil. Make it a short story I took that I bought a used vehicle and purchased a 2 year warranty on it. About three weeks later I noticed it was leaking oil. Make it a short story I took that vehicle back five times and it was still leaking oil. I had this vehicle for 2 months and it was at the service dept. at for a month. After being in 3 different rental cars, I took it back and they got me into a new one. This cost me a lot of money. I should of took them to arbitration on it. I will never buy or service another vehicle at this dealership again. Beware, service dept. is shady from the manager all the way down. More
