Very poor sales and service Purchased new C-Max Energi jan 6, 2017, Dealer or service will not honor promises, Sync still not functioning after 2 visits. Pushed thru initial "training on vehicle" when we went back to get full overview and proper sync operation, salesman could not get sync to function and his exact words were "I have been lying to alot of people" I am beyond upset and frustrated with this company, Sales stated numerous times "Vehicle will tell you where there is a charging station" well, there is no navigation on this $39,000 vehicle, which is odd because owner.ford.com says it has it. Sales Manager Brian is the most incompetent person i have ever meet, we went to talk about these issues and did not take any notes and nothing was fixed during 1st service visit, including the damaged fuel door the sales person did while trying to open it up (pried it open, there is a switch inside) Paint damage still not fixed, they are sending me touch up paint so i can do it myself. Robert in service tried to help, but nothing is fixed. I would be happy if they just repaired paint and installed navigation like was promised. More
If you value your car, GO ELSEWHERE. Granted my car is old, but my AC/Heater worked for 20 years - bought the car new and NEVER had an issue ever - yet AMAZINGLY when I got my car back, i Granted my car is old, but my AC/Heater worked for 20 years - bought the car new and NEVER had an issue ever - yet AMAZINGLY when I got my car back, it no longer worked. Coincidence? Yea, well it just so happened that they were checking out a blinking airbag light and broken odometer that I made the mistake of asking them to look at. So CLEARLY they were in the general area doing their "diagnosis" - RIGHT? And to add insult to injury, they charged me a DIAGNOSIS FEE even though they knowingly had NO PARTS for either item! And what exactly were they diagnosing? I asked them to fix both because they WEREN'T WORKING. No joke. Oh, and they cracked my dash for good measure. When I asked the "advisor" Matt about this when dropping off my car a 2ND TIME for them to fix the AC/Heater that they broke, he just shrugged his shoulders and did his best to ignore thing - just pounding away on his computer as if he was hot the trail for a cure for cancer. I mean, I could tell what the outcome was going to be before anything was even done. Matt couldn't even be bothered to call me to tell me that my car was ready after telling me that the "TECH" denied he did anything to break my AC/Heater or crack my dash - which was a real shock. Matt said "he thought he called me". Don't worry Matt, I waited an extra day for you to take your well-deserved day so I could call YOU after your triumphant return. Folks - this service department is a complete and utter CLOWN SHOW. And whoever writes those sympathetic replies to any angry comments here... SAVE IT. If you or anyone really gave a rip, you'd address any and all issues while the customer was ON SITE and not after you read how angry that are and how they got the shaft and are now making an effort to WARN OTHERS. Again, save it... More
Tried to scheme me out of $600 WOW, negative review after negative review. I wish I read these before we decided to purchase a truck from Hemborg Ford in Norco. Hemborg Ford is a de WOW, negative review after negative review. I wish I read these before we decided to purchase a truck from Hemborg Ford in Norco. Hemborg Ford is a deceiving and lying dealership. My husband and I bought a used truck from them and during the document signing process they asked me to sign a waiver that I didn't want the alarm THEY TOOK out because supposedly I asked them too and if I wanted an alarm it would be $600. I NEVER asked them to first take out an alarm, second $600 for an alarm...REALLY. They finally agreed to put in the alarm, were they ended up putting it in the dashboard, where previously there were NO holes. Interesting, if it had an alarm already, why weren't there any previous holes. After a few weeks of having the alarm in, it started shorting the truck and going off mid driving. When we took it back to the dealership they continued to lie and deceive us, because at this point we realized the truck we purchased came with a FACTORY alarm and they were trying to scheme us out of $600 to purchase an alarm. They had originally disconnected our factory alarm and tried to sell us an aftermarket alarm. Once they were caught lying they had to install the aftermarket to cover up their lie. This causing holes which didn't need to be there. Also after all the excited of purchasing a truck wore off, we realized the tires on the truck were almost bald and there were cracks in the windshield. One tire even had a plug in it!!!! Not even a patch but a PLUG. HF finally agreed to remove the alarm because we insisted and it was messing with the electrical system and now we are left with holes in our dash, which they put in, bald tires and a cracked windshield. Thanks HF for showing us your true colors, so now people can read my too negative remark and hopefully go to another dealership. More
