Great service 7 years and counting! I have been coming to Hemborg Ford now for 7 years. I purchased my 2011 Mustang here, and always come back every 5k miles for an oil change and servic I have been coming to Hemborg Ford now for 7 years. Used Ranger I bought a 2011 Ranger from them which displayed options the truck did not poses. Then when I got home I,out of curiosity, checked the air cleaner. It I bought a 2011 Ranger from them which displayed options the truck did not poses. Then when I got home I,out of curiosity, checked the air cleaner. It was CAKED in dirt . The passenger door lock was installed backwards. Then to top it off they never bothered to report my tradin to the DMV because I keep getting tickets for the express lanes . I wouldn’t trust them as far as you can throw them. More

Taking the extra step I was recently in to have my truck serviced and had a simple question about a repair on another vehicle. The first gentleman in the service department I was recently in to have my truck serviced and had a simple question about a repair on another vehicle. The first gentleman in the service department kind of blew me off but an employee in the service department stepped up and had Cinda in the service department come over to assist me. In which she did but both of these employees too charge to ensure I had excellent customer service. Thank you to both of them! More

My vehicles will no longer come to Hemborg for service The wait time for pick up was to long. Ash left inside my Vehicle from fire in area was totally unacceptable. when complaining to manager He said all The wait time for pick up was to long. Service normally I have awesome service, but this last time I was a little bothered, when they rotate tires I do not understand that they me drive away with a normally I have awesome service, but this last time I was a little bothered, when they rotate tires I do not understand that they me drive away with a slashed front tire, I noticed it no one brought it to my attention I would think when you go in for a rotation, the tires SHOULD BE INSPECTED by the Tech, if I wouldnt have never notice and the tire popped there could have been major accident, tore up the front end of my / your Explore "this is a Lease" Luis was great but the TECH should have inspected the tires especially on a Rotation More
