It would have been nice to leave problem free, but I did not. My navigation has been acting up for several months, glitching, not finding locations that I know have been there and speed limits have been wro not. My navigation has been acting up for several months, glitching, not finding locations that I know have been there and speed limits have been wrong. Problem one is they never called me. I had to initiate the call to check on my SUV. When they called, they couldn't recall why I dropped my vehicle off the night prior. They checked to see if navigation software was up to date and it was so they couldn't explain why it was acting up. The next day, I turned on my vehicle and the screen was black. Turned it off. Turned it on again and then the volume button wouldn't change the volume. Only good thing is they gave me a vehicle to drive. Never mind the wasted time to travel to and from to drop off and pick up my SUV. More
