Chris McDaniel has looked at my vehicle 4 times this year for the same problem and every time tells me "theres nothing wrong, those are stored codes." I picked it up after hours from my most recent appt to f for the same problem and every time tells me "theres nothing wrong, those are stored codes." I picked it up after hours from my most recent appt to find that ALL 4 CEL codes were STILL ACTIVE- I had to clear them myself. Great service, huh? What an imposition to keep someone's vehicle and not fix it. I have an appointment with another dealership in 2 weeks to get it fixed. More

Our Pacifica went in for A/C service. Diagnosed as a burned out compressor. The stated cost over the phone was $1150.00. When we picked it up the cost was over $1300.00.
