I was severely disappointed in my experience. I lived in Lexington for 22 years and always thought a lot of the dealership. I live out of state now and was visiting family. I purchased an extended warranty. When I tried to use this warranty at your dealership I was treated like I was wrong and felt like I was being treated like I was making it up or just stupid. I questioned the clerk and the service manager and even offered to show the paperwork but I was dismissed and told there were no such warranties. I paid it and got reimbursed at a later date from my dealership that I bought it from without question and promptly. I waited three days to bring it to Helms and support a local business. I feel like I wasted my time and was very disappointed. More
Let me begin Helms has my business for life. Todd in the service department second to none. Had a problem with the dash pad in my wife’s Grand Cherokee Todd had it on order for over a year. Todd called me l service department second to none. Had a problem with the dash pad in my wife’s Grand Cherokee Todd had it on order for over a year. Todd called me last week it finely came in we dropped it off and they gave me a new Dodge truck to drive. Todd and his crew had it done in a day and half. Thank you Helms More
