I asked for a specific fluid to be checked & replenished with my oil change because I knew it was low. It was not checked or even listed on the work order. It makes me wonder what else wasn't checked as par with my oil change because I knew it was low. It was not checked or even listed on the work order. It makes me wonder what else wasn't checked as part of the 23 point inspection I paid for with my oil change. The fluid that I requested to specifically be checked was part of the inspection anyway, I just wanted to make sure it was brought to their attention. It made no difference. This isn't the first time this has happened but it will be the last time. I won't come back. I am really disappointed. I have been getting oil changes for the past 10 years at Helms but the service has gone down hill in the past year or more. I expect to get what I pay for & if I request something receive specific attention because I have a legitimate concern, then that's what I expect. I drive a lot for work so I need oil changes & rely on those inspections to help keep my car running, especially while I'm on the road. I need one every month & half to 2 months. You lost me as a customer. I'm not gonna pay $40 for just an oil change. I expected better service from Helms. I used to get better service. Oh well, guess oil changes are not a big deal to the dealership. I will take it to get serviced where I know I'm getting what I pay for. More
