We have had numerous recalls and issues with our Chrysler Pacifica but Helms has always taken our vehicle right in and had a loaner for us to use while it is in the shop. Chris at the diesel shop made an appointment with us, on a Wednesday for the following Monday. I spoke to him about it, where to drop keys etc and then on Monday when I called he said he didn’t know anythin a Wednesday for the following Monday. On Wednesday when our truck was finally done, it didn’t make it to the gas station a mile away before it broke down. $400 wasted. It went to a different shop after Chris was extremely rude, not organized, and obviously didn’t even test drive the pick up. I’ll never go back. More
