My experience at the Chevrolet dealership in Lexington Tennessee was a decent experience for sure. My sales agent Mike helped me match up with a vehicle I felt I was in the market for and he was very acco Tennessee was a decent experience for sure. My sales agent Mike helped me match up with a vehicle I felt I was in the market for and he was very accommodating as far as getting the vehicle to the site I was at for me to test drive and finally purchase. They also were very trustworthy when they told me that they had to get my vehicle from another dealership in bolivar I would have to wait till the next business day to come in view the vehicle which was fine and apparently the car set up there for quite a while that day waiting on me to get there and many people had pulled in and stopped and asked or called about the vehicle I purchased wanting to look at it their selves and true to their word they held onto the vehicle for me until I was able to get there which was right before closing which I felt horrible about but that was when my schedule allowed for me to be there . So cutting into their time off of work because it was so close to closing my sales agent had to stay overtime and did not complain and didn’t rush me. He was very patient and still informative with me. I had a very nice experience and he was an awesome salesman. Cons to the visit really would just be the negotiating on price points I didn’t feel as if I was given much wiggle room with my vehicle and then all of the numbers were done behind closed doors where I couldn’t see what was being discussed or how they were going to arrive at the total I was going to be paying I just felt a little bit like I was playing scratch off ticket with a magic number to give me my rates and what my monthly payment was going to be so I just think they could stand for some improvement in that area most definitely. After a few weeks of owning this vehicle I come to the determination that I would prefer sportier vehicles and what I’ve got it’s not quite fast enough for me and I asked if there was anything we could do about putting me in something else and the answer I got was that they couldn’t do anything for me and made me feel as if they weren’t interested in my time anymore because I already purchased a vehicle from them they didn’t want to lose out on or something. Again I’m not sure on how everything works and how things operate in that industry for I’ve never worked in it however they just seem very disinterested once the funding went through for my deal and before the funding went in for my deal they almost seemed frantic because it was taking a few extra days longer than anticipated due to information I need to turn in. Overall it was a good experience I highly recommend the sales agent that I had the pleasure of working with Mike at the Lexington dealership but you know communication could stand to be improved and less great I guess cause it’s all about the money instead of keeping me happy at the end of the day that they were worried about and that was disheartening. More
