My new-to-me 2017 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel went into "limp" mode on July 3. Had to wait until July 5 to take it to the diesel shop. Chris Mcdaniel is the shop manager/main diesel mechanic. While my truck was i mode on July 3. Had to wait until July 5 to take it to the diesel shop. Chris Mcdaniel is the shop manager/main diesel mechanic. While my truck was in the shop I had Chris check out interior light, infotainment center, rotate tires, and program some new keys. He fixed all of that by July 7 and explained what he found to be the problems. His team is truly amazing and very nice to do business with. Chris will be the only mechanic to ever touch my truck!
