When I walked in with my car and let them know I'd be waiting they said they would get right on it, gave me an estimated time frame and lived up to their claim. We've gone to Helms for years to have the service done on our Jeep and Ram truck..They do what needs to be done in a timely manner without trying to add on a bunch or junk you don't need.
