Unhappy with Service I had my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 towed to Helms in a no start condition. Ambient outside temp seemed to be a contributing factor. Helms service dept. kept I had my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 towed to Helms in a no start condition. Ambient outside temp seemed to be a contributing factor. Helms service dept. kept vehicle overnight. Charged me premium dealer service labor rates to tell me they didn't know what was wrong and returned the truck to me. I have the same problem now and will have to find a qualified service dept. in Jackson for repairs. I assume Helms service dept. can change tires and oil. Maybe do a few easy things like tune ups and scheduled maintenance , but I wouldn't recommend bringing your vehicle here if you have a sophisticated problem. They wont know how to fix it! When I complained to service Mgr., he told me to have a nice day and just walked away.......I was stunned! More
