Oil and filter change + tire rotation. I brought my oil Full Synthetic AMSOIL Signature Series 5W20 and insisted I be called to watch the mechanic pour “my” oil in the engine which they did. This was requi Full Synthetic AMSOIL Signature Series 5W20 and insisted I be called to watch the mechanic pour “my” oil in the engine which they did. This was required by me because on the previous oil change the mechanic put in their oil instead and kept my AMSOIL I brought. I am sure that happened before because the AMSOIL is a full quality synthetic and not a blend like their oil and is far superior to their oil and greatly improved the engines operation and performance especially on frigid cold mornings on a cold engine start and run. The dealer service person did comply this time and the “different” mechanic than before came and got me and used the oil I supplied to fill the engine with which I was thankful for but they did not offer to compensate me for the oil I brought the prior oil change which with tax cost over $16 a quart that’s my oil that the prior mechanic kept for himself after using the dealership oil instead. He stole both from me and also the dealership both when he did that! I only wish that the dealership would watch their mechanics better to stop things like that from happening again in the future! The dealership as a whole has lots of good honest people working there who are helpful and very nice in all departments. This was my 1ST SUV I purchased from them and I am still happy with it and would recommend to others to do trust them and give them their business when they are ready to buy their next car, truck, SUV or Jeep. Overall I rate this dealership highly to give your business to. More
