Took my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee to them to do 2 recalls. My Jeep is unfortunately stuck in 4wd high. One of the recalls was on the transmission. So while they were working on it I ask them to check and see My Jeep is unfortunately stuck in 4wd high. One of the recalls was on the transmission. So while they were working on it I ask them to check and see if,the recall work they had done, fixed the previous problem of, being stuck in 4wd. All they had to do was put it in gear while it was on the rack. Even called the next day and ask them again to be sure and do this. They said they were running behind, so I said no problem I'll give y'all a extra day. Went and picked it up 2 days later and ask if that fixed my problem and they said "oh we never checked that". So although the recall work was done now I have to take it somewhere else and spend money to find out what would have taken them 5 seconds and saved me a lot of time and more money. More
