Started as 5 star but repeating problem with brand new vehicle and they stopped caring. Solved one problem myself. Other problem, humming/droning/vibration above 60 persists. This noise was not present fir 1st 6000 miles but now “ what I am hearing could be a normal characteristic” In other wirds they don’t know how to analyze and fix it so tough patootie to me. After they completely damaged my jeep wheels instead of replacing what they destroyed they said "Our guy can fix the wheels so you will never know the were damaged" after they fixed the wheels now it is cl replacing what they destroyed they said "Our guy can fix the wheels so you will never know the were damaged" after they fixed the wheels now it is clear the fix was to simply grind down the wheels now the are destroyed worse. At this point Helms manager Todd said he will call when the new wheels are in. The problem here is not that their machine had an accident and destroyed all 4 of my wheels but that they tried to return my car to me in hopes I wouldn't notice and then after their repair guy used a grinder to polish out the damage they again tried to pass it off to me as ok. But, if they will replace the 4 wheels they destroyed I will be "made whole" and this will be good. More

We love Helms Motor Company! We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2 days later I ran over a piece of metal and they ordered me another tire and provided me with another car to drive!!
