Mr. Mahmood - We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the services received. When you contacted your Service Advisor, Andy Lin, for the seat leather concern, a loaner vehicle was over-ridden so you would have a vehicle over the weekend. We were able to expedite the ordered part and the vehicle was completed that Monday. You returned that same day for the ECO system. We kept the vehicle for the week but unfortunately was not able to duplicate the concern. During that time, Mr. Lin kept you informed on the testing that was being performed. Ultimately, the vehicle was released back to you as the ECO system was operating to manufacturer specifications. We can assure you that paint touchups are not done without prior approval. Additionally, we were not made aware of any scratches during or after you picked up the vehicle. We value your business and feedback and invite you back to speak to the Service Manager, Richard Grein, to view the bumper scratches. 888-313-9205

Mr. & Mrs. Khan, When your vehicle was brought into the service facility in October/2017, we were unable to locate the rattle noise you complained about. You were advised to road test with our shop foreman to try and locate this noise, which you refused. We overrode a loaner vehicle when you complained about a noise again on Friday, 3/30/18. At that time, you went on a road test with our shop foreman and we confirmed your vibration complaint. Your concerns of a "soft" brake and steering column noise could not be confirmed but we agreed to check regardless. The front propeller shaft bolts were re-torqued and six bolts were replaced for the vibration you experienced. The brake and steering column noise still could not be confirmed. Helms Bros. Inc. values all of our clients, regardless of any basis of color, sex or religion. We take great pride in representing our brand in one of the most diversified counties in New York City.
