The service on my vehicle, a 1996 C220 was performed promptly and was returned to me immaculate, inside and out! The waiting area and amenities are also a nice plus. More

Sales staff tries hard to make a sale but SERVICE Dept MUST ensure customers return. Well, I am NOT returning as a customer and will make sure that NONE of my friends and colleagues even considers HELMS BROS. The service staff don't give update of status. Just like what my title is. Also, they don't return your call, and they don't have a loaner car for warranty repair. They had to rent a car from enter Just like what my title is. Also, they don't return your call, and they don't have a loaner car for warranty repair. They had to rent a car from enterprice which asked me to pay extra insurance. I have never experienced that from rallye acura. I will consider try rallye benz for my next service. But I have pre-paid maitenance program, I don't know I can switch or not. But I really don't recommand this service center. More
