1st year service visit I brought in my 2017 E Class for its first year servicing and State Ins. As soon as I arrived for my appt., I was greeted warmly at the desk and then I brought in my 2017 E Class for its first year servicing and State Ins. As soon as I arrived for my appt., I was greeted warmly at the desk and then a minute later by Sean Savage, my service advisor who is a refined, extremely pleasant and most knowledgeable young man. We discussed what was needed and he said it would be about 2 hours. An hour and a half later, my car was ready and washed beautifully as well. A vist to Helms is pleasant and convenient and the waiting room is most comfortable and spacious. All in all, a very, very fine experience. More

Service This is my first time at the facility and new to the State. I was blown away by the professionalism of the receptionist/scheduler (Andrea Kass) and my This is my first time at the facility and new to the State. I was blown away by the professionalism of the receptionist/scheduler (Andrea Kass) and my appointed service advisor, Sean Savage. Both made me feel like a longtime customer and a valued customer. My vehicle was purchased from another state and I must say that I had a terrible buying experience which made me have an issue with "trust." From the very beginning, Sean stated that he is here to help and see that exceptional service is provided, which he delivered above and beyond. Sean is extremely professional, attentive, and caring. He explained in detail what was going on with my vehicle which by the way the other dealership in Hempstead ripped me off by having me put in new brakes/pads and rotors. I was mislead and spent $1000 which was not necessary at the time. I am so happy that I came to Helms for a second opinion for the back brakes and rotors More

Above and beyond My 2015 S550 had a rattle in the front end. Ron Karp insisted on riding with me to hear the problem. He was incredibly helpful. Carmine Gonzales my service advisor and Ron spent 5 days looking for the problem. They were so diligent. After trying many different things they located the problem and fixed it. Believe me this was a very unusual problem and they both kept at it. They just were all about quality. Never met 2 people like them. I have been their customer for 9 years through 3 cars and they never let me down. Thank you guys!!!!! More
