Nine years ago I purchased a new car from Helms but very recently I had called Helms simply to ask a question about its policy on the use of a credit card as partial payment and I happened to speak to Mike recently I had called Helms simply to ask a question about its policy on the use of a credit card as partial payment and I happened to speak to Mike Altamura. I was set on buying a pre-owned 2011 C-300 from another dealer, having decided never to deal with Helms again because I did not receive any followup calls after my initial contact with their Sales Dept. several weeks before). As it turned out, I ended up getiing a one-pay lease with option to buy a 2012 C-300, all because of Mike's friendliness, persistence and skills as a sales consultant. He is not just any sales consultant but one who I thought was honest and sincere, someone I could trust. He explained the pros and cons of getting a pre-owned vs a new car at this point in time and he tried his best to find me a really suitable deal. Mike made me realize that perhaps the previous not-so-good experience I had with Helms was just an isolated case. More

He answered all our questions and worked with us to get an in-transit plate so that we could drive our car to NC. The staff was very friendly and didn't mind working after hours just so that we could get the delivery of the car on the same day. We are very pleased with their customer service and would definitely recommend them to all our friends. More
