My husband and I walked into Helms Bros thinking about leasing a GL550. We met Larry when he just started to work at Helms Brothers. He told us that he had been a sales with another dealer for many years leasing a GL550. We met Larry when he just started to work at Helms Brothers. For the first encounter, Larry presented himself as a very honest and professional sales person. He told us that he doesn't have much knowledge about the car yet, but he tried his best to answer a lot of questions for us, even if he doesn't know the answer, he would go out of his way to get the answer and follow up with us. He helped us special order the car and follow up with us of what's going on all the time. Larry at Helms Bro was a breath of fresh air and helped us every step of the way. He held our hand throughout the entire process and made it a wonderful experience. The date when we picked up the car which is almost 3 months after, Larry already turned into a very knowledgable sales and taught us so much about the car and was a live instruction manual for us - sitting in the car with us and showing us how everything worked in great detail. Bought car after Hurricane Sandy. Walter was exceptional in ensuring the vehicle was to my satisfaction and answered all my questions on the devices in the vehicle.
