As I have purchased a good number of new vehicles in the past I can state with confidence that the conduct of this dealership is rare. I found the pricing to be very competitive and the model selection wide. The sales consultant, Frank Marinaro, was very knowledgeable and committed to making certain that I was satisfied. His level of follow through was certainly exceptional as he even drove a far distance from the dealership to my home for an additional signature that was required for my trade in vehicle. I do not know of any other sales person that would go to the extent that he did to make things easier for me! When the lease expires on the ML 350. I will certainly be returning to Helms Bothers for a new vehicle. More
