This is my 2nd car purchase and Helms Bros are by far the best. They are a terrific car dealership! I gave a high rating because from the time we walked in the door we received a friendly greeting from the front desk. He had a good knowledge of the Mercedes Benz inventory and he took his time to show us around and make us feel comfortable. When he was unable to reach my budget, he brought in the manager John who worked the numbers that was a benefit to both parties. My wife and I were impressed with how accomadating these two gentleman were. We were offered refreshments while we waited and Richard explained everything. He went over every document and explained each one. We were very pleased with the service and will refer our friends to Richard & John. When we picked up our car we were treated as if we purchased a new car. Richard took time to show us how everything on the dashboard worked. It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership. I came in looking to buy a CPO mercedes c300. Peter at sales, was very friendly and provided excellent service even though I wnt in around 9 pm when the dealership was about to close. Peter was very infor sales, was very friendly and provided excellent service even though I wnt in around 9 pm when the dealership was about to close. Peter was very informative, yet not pushy at all. He wasn't in a hurry to get rid of the cars, instead he told me everything about the car, and left for me to decide if I want it or not. Even let me test drive 20 min before closing. He took care of all the paperwork for me and did not charge ridiculous dealership fees. Thank you. More

This is the third Mercedes my husband and I have purchased at Helms Bros. and we wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Everyone is considerate, friendly, knowledgable and they are willing to go purchased at Helms Bros. and we wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Everyone is considerate, friendly, knowledgable and they are willing to go the extra yard to make your car purchase an unforgettable experience. Wilhelm Frank, our Sales Consultant, was so nice and personable we felt we had made a friend by the end of our arrangements. He has called us several times to see if we are enjoying the car. Wilhelm made you feel that he was genuinely happy and excited for you. I would recommend him to anyone. Matthew Lunetta, the Business Manager, was also someone we enjoyed dealing with. He had a great understanding of financial matters and didn't try to sell us unnecessary items. He was instrumental in getting us a refund for an extended warranty we had on the Mercedes we traded in - almost $2,000! I'm not a fan of, and don't respond to, the "hard sell" - we were never pushed into taking something we didn't want. John Kunz, the Sales manager, was also great - knowledgeable and proactive. He stepped in and helped out when an envelope was misplaced. He called our salesman at home immediately and resolved the issue. If you don't want to be pushed and pulled by a dealership and want a great deal, go to Helms Brothers. They are phenomenal - and they have the best cars and the best personnel in New York. More

We are very happy with the service and price from this dealer. We originally went to Mercedes dealer in Long Island City and they were very unprofessional and tried to overcharge us.
