I have bought 8 new mercedes' in the last 13 years, 6 of them from Helms Brothers and the last 4 from Michael Nekava. Michael is probably the best car salesman I have EVER done business with. He has be of them from Helms Brothers and the last 4 from Michael Nekava. Michael is probably the best car salesman I have EVER done business with. He has bent over backwards to make me happy. He takes all the time you need. He expains anything and everything to need to know about the car you want to buy. When all is said and done, you wind up with the car you want at the price you want. AND......after delivery, Helms has by far the best service center I have ever been to. As a 30 year member of the Mercedes Benz Club of America, I highly recomend Helm Brothers as the dealership to go to. More

I brought in my 2013 c300 4matic in for a check engine light to Helms a couple of days before Thanksgiving. I decided to drop it off early in the morning at 7am before work. Since it was my first time at light to Helms a couple of days before Thanksgiving. I decided to drop it off early in the morning at 7am before work. Since it was my first time at the service dept I had to fill out some light paperwork. I was nervous I would miss my 7:18am train but Sophia was very helpful and diligent in making sure someone drove me to the train station - I was able to make my train and I have her to thank for that (and the driver)!. When I brought my car in I figured it must just be a minor sensor issue and I would have the car back that afternoon or the next day the latest. But to make a long story short my car had a timing and camshaft issue and ended up needing a brand new engine! A month later I finally received my car back and its running great. Thanks to Richard Grein's excellent customer service he was able to make an unfortunate and untimely situation (holiday season!) as painless as possible. You can imagine how upsetting it is to find out your brand new car has such a huge issue, but Richard secured a loaner for me and followed up frequently with updates on the progress of my car. Knowing my car was in good hands was very stress relieving and allowed me to enjoy the holidays instead of worrying. The girls in the front and the valet staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would like to thanks Richard and of course all the mechanics and foreman for all their help in fixing my baby and getting her back to me before the new year.
