That is, until a family member convinced us to stop at Helms Bros. When we walked into Helms Bros. we were pleasantly surprised by the relaxed (albeit professional), unpretentious demeanor of the staff. My relative had specifically recommended that we speak with Jeffrey Stampler, who sensed our lingering frustration and invited us to sit down and explain (i.e., vent!). Jeffrey's willingness to work with us on a realistic, human level was positively refreshing, and shortly after speaking with him we identified a vehicle that piqued our interest. Jeffrey was able to answer all of our questions related to the vehicle and he patiently outlined some potential next steps in the process, including the option to leave a deposit and schedule a follow-up appointment if we decided we needed a day to think things through. Two days later we met again with Jeffrey (and John, too) to seal the deal. Jeffrey stayed with us nearly three hours after he was scheduled to leave the office to ensure that we were taken care of. He even provided a thorough "tour" of our new vehicle before we left! Needless to say, my girlfriend and I are extremely satisfied with the result of our Helms Bros. experience! My brother has bought about 6 Mercedes from here and im glad he referred me, because i now know why. The quality and customer care is beyond extraordinary. This is the reason why I brought my girl friends brother here a week later and we just bought a new Mercedes yesterday. Our salesman, Jeffrey Stampler, literally goes above and beyond for his customers, and if you dont beleive me, go speak to him yourself and tell me that im lying. The staff at Helms Bros respect you, the customer, and never pressure you. I felt so welcome here. Before I broguth my brother in law here ( per se ) we were at a nearby Jeep dealership, we were treated horribly and I convinced him to coem to Helms Bros. He could never be happier. I must also mention, the manager, John Kunz, is also a very friendly guy, who will make sure to accomodate you the best he possibly can, he did not make me feel scared to go up to him and ask him for a good deal, and he came through. He will make sure you leave the dealership a very satisfied customer. Overall, I had an AMAZING experience here, and its very true what they say, once you join the Helms Bros Mercedes family, you will no longer buy any other car, or buy a car any where else, i feel like Helms Bros is now my new home due to the relationships I developee with my awesome salesman Jeffrey Stampler as well as the kind John Kunz. It was my first time leasing a car and he was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He worked with me until I found a car that had everything I was looking for. After deciding on a base 2015 c300, I changed my mind to a 2015 c300 with a sports package. It was a little weary about getting it a great price at first (because i already got a great price on the base c300) but he made the deal happen. Peter gave me no issues with test driving the car and was even the one to encourage it. Our communication from start to finish was excellent. He also kept his word on getting an accessory installed in the car (which was part of the deal). Peter went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident with my new purchase. I would definitely recommend him. I am very happy with my experience at Helm's Bros. More

Great Experience My entire experience at Helms Bros was awesome. I made an appointment for 2:00 but arrived just after 1:20. I was immediately greeted by Lisa Cotoggio My entire experience at Helms Bros was awesome. I made an appointment for 2:00 but arrived just after 1:20. I was immediately greeted by Lisa Cotoggio and she brought me to the vehicle I was interested in. She was very helpful in teaching me about the vehicle and all of the options it had. John Kunz then introduced himself and we worked out all the specifics for purchasing the GLK. My mother and I were very surprised and pleased at how above and beyond all of the employees went. I have been to quite a few dealerships in search for the vehicle I wanted, and none of those dealerships treated us with the respect that Helms Bros did. I had a deposit on a vehicle elsewhere but was much more satisfied with the customer service here, which is ultimately why I purchased my vehicle at Helms Bros. Both Lisa and John were a pleasure to work with, along with the rest of the employees in the office who were very friendly. Lisa followed up with a call the next morning as she told us she wouId. I love my GLK and would highly recommend Helms Bros. to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
