This time it was hard for me to get an approval from the bank because i already had leased a glc300 2017 a couple weeks ago so they told me it wouldn't be easy. Long story short Jason Xenos and Jon Saint Louis told me to believe in them and give them some time. I agreed and waited for a phone call. Next day they called me and said " I will make sure you get approved, come in in two days to pick up your car and give us a time and it'll be ready ". When i heard that i was very very pleased ! Couldn't believe it ! In two days went to pick up the car with no problem! These two guys definitely deserve employees of the month! Miracle workers ! VERY PROFESSIONAL ! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THESE TWO ! More

I was fortunate to receive excellent service by Jason Xenos and Jon St. Louis. These remarkable men made my buying experience first class. Jason X was professional in every sense of word. He answered all of my questions and concerns and was well versed on the vehicle itself. What I liked the most about Jason X was he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was very understanding and worked with my schedule. I have had a lot of cars, 10 to be exact and this experience was by far the best. Jon St. Louis was truly an exception as well. I have had experiences with the Finance Department at dealerships where I either felt pressured to buy something I did not need or want or I simply could not afford what they were offering but that was not the case with Jon. He explained everything carefully and answered every question with details. I did not feel pressured, overwhelmed or confused. I felt like I was talking to an old friend about buying a car. My 2017 GLC 4MATIC ! Came in 2 days ago to lease a 2017 GLC 4MATIC and was greeted by Jason. Awesome dude also very very friendly! Treats you like family if you ask me. I leased a car not so long ago and he did his very BEST to help me instead of turning me down. I waited a couple of minutes and boom he came to me with good news and from there we went straight to the paperwork (which had me smiling) He's also a very patient person highly recommend. Not only that but anything you are unsure about you can have the confidence to ask him. Feels like your talking to your best friend or a brother. Also not only that but at the end once everything was done he congratulated me and we snapped a couple of pictures ! Looking forward to leasing more care further in the future! Thumbs Up !! More
