Jean-Paul Charvet, JP, Sales Manager is the reason I chose Helms Bros. He is a true proffessional. I had quite a few issues initially, but once I met JP & explained my situation & needs looking for leas chose Helms Bros. He is a true proffessional. I had quite a few issues initially, but once I met JP & explained my situation & needs looking for leasing a new GLC300, it all became a reality. JP is the only Manager who listened & communicated promptly. He knew I am an informed buyer who came to Helms Bros to buy a lifetime experience not just getting a car. I met Suzzane, GM briefly who assured me they will make it happen! I chose to work with Jason Chen who is very knowledgeable but too busy. Kudos for Jason's asst. Wayne who is always helpful. Tamer Hepguler was the only reason we chose Helms Bros as the dealership to lease our EQB 250. As the salesperson, he had walked us throughout the entire process - introducing the vehicle, test drive, price the dealership to lease our EQB 250.
