Had unfortunate experience after taking my car to HELLO Subaru for an oil change. The technician did not put the oil cap back on my engine after performing an oil change. The dealership kept my vehicle so Subaru for an oil change. The technician did not put the oil cap back on my engine after performing an oil change. The dealership kept my vehicle so they could clean it. Several spots were missed including a pool of oil between the battery and battery mounting bracket. I was provided a loaner and told I would be given a refund for the oil change. That was nice of them. However, It took 4 calls to the service manager with no calls returned, and finally a visit into the dealership to obtain the refund. During the meeting I was told the individuals performing the oil changes were not factory trained like the ones doing the more complex repairs and maintenance. Sounded to me like the "B Team" employees should have more supervision if HELLO plans to continue doing business in this manner. As a result, I have lost trust in HELLO Subaru and have been taking my vehicles to businesses that employ Subaru factory trained technicians. More

The buying process went extremely smooth. It was worked into the deal that I would take a cut on the trade in if they have their techs return my trade in to stock and return my after market p It was worked into the deal that I would take a cut on the trade in if they have their techs return my trade in to stock and return my after market parts to me. Once the deal was done they ghosted me except to try and get me to come in for their nonsense tech talk. I have been forced to reach out for near 3 weeks for information on my parts, to be given a different excuse each time. I physically put these parts on myself. I know its less than half a day of work. This is beyond ridiculous. More
The new owners, HELLO, no longer provide an inspection check list as Hine did. When we picked up the car after service at 5 pm last time they told us the brakes were bad. WHAT! Why did they not call earli check list as Hine did. When we picked up the car after service at 5 pm last time they told us the brakes were bad. WHAT! Why did they not call earlier and tell us so they could repair them. Every service department I have ever been to has called when they find something needed. Now we go to San Diego for service-62 miles, but good service. Subaru Service departments do not share service info with other Subaru Service entities-each a separate fiefdom. Makes no sense to me!
