I was impressed with the courtesy and the kindness when I pulled up for my service. The gentleman who helped me out was professional and thoughtful. Lee tracked down a courtesy vehicle for us so we didn't have to stay at the dealership all day. He communicated with us regularly, appraised us of the problem and cost, and went above and beyond for us. Customer service like that seems to be rare these days. Lee made a stressful situation so much easier than we expected. He's amazing! More

My experience with both HINE and HELLO SUBARU have both been exceptional but the main reason I continue as a customer is Hector Santos. I'm sure you already know about his ability to come to a solution tha been exceptional but the main reason I continue as a customer is Hector Santos. Our family has three Subaru’s my husband bought me an ascent during Covid when cars were a no. I love her.. we drive to Reno 2 a year👍, before my husband passed he purchased our high school graduate a 2 ascent during Covid when cars were a no. I love her.. we drive to Reno 2 a year👍, before my husband passed he purchased our high school graduate a 2023 Impreza. So pleased with the safety railings.. our first son has a Crosstrek and yep pet owned, 2”of fur. We have purchased quite a few vehicles but one stands out Subaru !!! My only complaint is this, “replace the flag”, it is disrespectful to have torn and weathered.. will follow up shortly.. More
I had an appointment at 1:30 (which they were able to accommodate and get me in the same day), but got there a little early. I was immediately greeted and checked in. I sat in the clean waiting room and almost immediately started getting text updates about my cars service. Before I knew it I got a text telling me my car was done. In and out in about 35 minutes. Absolutely incredible. More
