I was in for my 6,000 mile oil change, inspection, plus tire rotation. It took one hour and fifteen minutes past my appointment time to get my car back. They had a soda and water waiting for me and a tv i tire rotation. It took one hour and fifteen minutes past my appointment time to get my car back. They had a soda and water waiting for me and a tv in the waiting room. I would have given the service dept. 5 stars but they don’t seem to want to answer their phone. I’ve had my new car 3 months and in that time I’ve called 5 times, and not on the same day. I always got an answering machine telling me they are busy just leave a message. The first time I left a message and never received a call back. The other 4 times I just hung up. Evelyn was my service rep. and she gets 5 stars. She was friendly, thorough and polite. I was however informed to be on time to my appointment. In my case, I was 40 minutes early and put everything out of order I guess. Next time I will still get there early but won’t put my car in the line until my appointment time. In construction, if your work start time is 6am and you show up at 6am, you are considered late. If you show up after 6am, you get docked or you are sent home. You are only on time if you show up before 15 minutes before the 6am start time. I did have a pleasant time at the dealership and will go back again at the next mileage appointment. By-the-way, they did make an awesome video of my vehicle top and underneath showing me what they did and what was good and what would need attention in the future at my next service appointment. We were very impressed and it was nice seeing a glimpse of the underside of my car. More
