Best service & friendly staff I had to take my car in to have a repair that was done at a different dealer fixed. When I had my media screen replaced, they damaged the A/C unit in I had to take my car in to have a repair that was done at a different dealer fixed. When I had my media screen replaced, they damaged the A/C unit in the back. Hayden took such great care of us. He was patient when I noticed the repair hadn't been done correctly (they fixed my A/C initially but the knob was still stuck), told me he didn't like how to other dealership handled the repair and wanted to redo the entire thing, and checked the car himself before it got back to me. He even called me DAILY to let me know that he hadn't forgotten about me and to reassure me that my car was in the "master tech's" hands. I hesitated to bring my car to the dealership because I worried it was going to be expensive, but he got the costs as far down as he could for me. I'll NEVER take my Crosstrek anywhere else now! More
