Hello Subaru of Temecula

Unfortunately my last service was poor to say the least. I asked to have the mileage looked at because it has dropped about 5 MPG. They test drove it and came back with higher MPG's then a new car of the s I asked to have the mileage looked at because it has dropped about 5 MPG. They test drove it and came back with higher MPG's then a new car of the same make, even higher then rated new. My car was damaged when it was backed into a wall at the car wash station. Repairs and and a rental were provided. When I went to pick my car up I realized the wash wasn't even finished, soap residue, dirt still there. Not sure what the heck happened but it is concerning since I bought the car there and always have serviced it there. More
