I do not recommend Hello Subaru (or any Hello dealership) due to their blatant dishonesty and unprofessionalism in the service department. Unfortunately, this is the only Subaru dealership in the Temecula ar due to their blatant dishonesty and unprofessionalism in the service department. Unfortunately, this is the only Subaru dealership in the Temecula area, and their incompetence has completely soured my view of Subaru as a brand. When you buy a new vehicle, you get 2 years of free maintenance. However, beware—they often won't replace engine or cabin filters, claiming they're still good. This is misleading. Subaru recommends replacing these filters every 15,000 miles. After my warranty expired, during a visit for an unrelated issue, they suddenly recommended replacing all my filters for $50+, just a week after my last visit. Their so-called video inspections are a joke. I'm 100% convinced they don't actually check anything. During my follow-up warranty service, they magically discovered "issues" like leaking struts and o-ring leaks. Funny how none of these came up during routine oil changes the week prior. It seems the dealership either skips real inspections during routine oil changes or tries to make a quick buck by charging Subaru of America for non-existent warranty claims. Just the overall interaction with the staff is so bad compared to other Subaru Dealerships like McKenna. The service advisor that I worked with (Erik Lopez) needs a lot of remedial training on customer service. The sheer number of positive reviews for this dealership makes me question their authenticity. My terrible experience can't possibly be an isolated incident. I highly suspect many of those glowing reviews are paid. My experience with this dealer is so bad that I don't mind driving farther to another dealership just to avoid the clowns here. More

I feel like the quality of service has gone down ever since Hello bought the dealership from John Hine of Temecula. For this scheduled service I specifically asked to have the cabin filter replaced give since Hello bought the dealership from John Hine of Temecula. For this scheduled service I specifically asked to have the cabin filter replaced given a history of recommending it in the past, but never asking if I wanted it done. I had to see it on the checklist when picking up the car. Not only did they not replace it this time, but the checklist said it was fine. When I raised the issue with the service advisor who was there when I picked up the car, I got a long explanation that had nothing to do with why it was not replaced. The car was also supposed to be washed while there which did not occur either. More
