I was very impressed with the dealership, from its people to its appearance. Most important: the entire transaction was essentially completed online and with discussions with Steve (can't pronounce last nam to its appearance. Other dealers might have met the terms, but at Hine there was no need for further negotiations -- NO SURPRISES. Possibly the best dealership I've ever encountered in my 65 years as a driver and buyer of personal vehicles. Kudos to the architect(s) and interior designers as well. Just a great experience.
