Hines dealership was professional and courteous. I was also impressed with the way they responded when I brought the car back a half hour after the repairs because there was a vibration after they rotated the tires. The service department took my car in and didn’t even begin to look at it until over a week after it was there. They told me I needed much more fixed than I had to and the estimate was much higher than i begin to look at it until over a week after it was there. I’ve been a loyal customer of JH for the past 5 years but I recently took my car in and had bad experience.
