We have had our Mazda for over 12 years and have never had anyone else service our car except Mazda. Tabitha is the best and has helped us with our services over most of the years. I have worked with the service manager Tabitha and have been getting the run around! I took my Mazda in for all the issues that I had with my Mazda not even a month after I purchased it! The infotainment was acting up and not functioning properly. The radar wasn't properly functioning as well and wasn't tracking the distance properly when approaching a objects. The kicker was the smart city braking so the vehicle would prevent a collision the vehicle would stop for you to avoid acollision! This was the main reason i purchased the vehicle. I tool it back several times wen on a test drive with a technician and the technician found that the smart city braking didn't work. Tabitha didn't annotate it to the paperwork or my account and She claims it functioned as it was designed. I took it to another dealership and they "couldn't replicate the problem" supposedly. I'so I went back to Hello Mazda spoke with Erik, no help as well. I took another technician out and showed him the vehicle failed to perform again for the smart city braking.! I was told they couldn't add what the technician found because my vehicle was taken to into the service department for a different reason. I then spoke to the General manager Oscar and asked I need some help with this vehicle and all these issues. His words well I could sell you another car and take your vehicle in on trade. I was like you can see the service record that I had issues just after month of ownership! I am beyond ticked. I am stuck with an expensive paperweight. Oscar's help or fix was for me to lose $10k by rolling it into the next purchase! Yeah long story short if your a veteran take your hard earned money somewhere else very upset! Don't let them take you for a ride!!! More

Joke of a dealership! My wife bought car in to get fixed a fuse kept blowing with no load on it. They have car all day Service guy Drew had an attitude with my wife. any way I get car back after all day in service. I check fuse when I get home from work fuse is blow with no load on it? Drew said it was fixed? I would not recommend this dealer. Also when I bought $35k car from them I asked if my wife could get a key chain for her key they said NO I said really a key chain. But salesman bought it for her. Salesman (Rene) was the only good thing about this place. More
