This is my home town Mazda Dealer and this is the second vehicle that I have purchased from here. At John Hine Temecula Mazda they don't treat me like Im a customer they treat me like I'm family. Kristina Duvall has to be the best, most conscientous, and courteous service writer at all of the Mazda dealerships I have done business with over the years. That is saying a lot since I have owned 12 di and courteous service writer at all of the Mazda dealerships I have done business with over the years. That is saying a lot since I have owned 12 different Mazdas since I have fell in love with the brand in 1990. The other day I dropped off my very low miles/mint 1988 RX-7 Convertible (I have owned 2 other RX-7s), for a minor service. As always I was greated with a smile where Kristina listened to my concerns, and helped me solve my problem in a quick and expedited manner. A key thing to note is: If there is ANY change to my service issue, Kristina calls me right away explaining the issue, the cost, and is always willing to go the extra mile in order to make my service experience a pleasent one at John Hine Temecula Mazda. This is very comforting as I never show up at the service department with a bill that surprises me, and my car is always out waiting for me upon my arrival at the dealership. As a busy professional who works in education, and with two small kids at home, it is nice to know I can count on John Hine Mazda to get the job done right, at an affordable cost, and most importantly in a timely manner. Although this is truly a team effort with all of those at John Hine Temecula Mazda to deliver my car serviced time, there is no doubt in my mind that Kristina is the driving force behind that effort. I came in to the dealership thinking about a preowned Mazda 3 they had on their lot… but I left the dealership in a new 2012 Mazda 3. Carlos Leos was my sales guy. Overall, very easy-going guy that wa Mazda 3 they had on their lot… but I left the dealership in a new 2012 Mazda 3. Carlos Leos was my sales guy. Overall, very easy-going guy that was very helpful and honest in my purchase. Got me the car I wanted and everything went smooth as I'm sure both parties wanted. If you're looking for a new car, definitely find Carlos Leos to be your guy! The dealership they got the car from however, lost a copy of my key. Which no big issue cause they replaced it within a few days. When I came back to get the key, I dealt with Eric Kelley in service. Eric is soo polite and courteous, and an extreme pleasure to work with. When I was slightly ashamed to ask for a car wash when I was waiting to get my key--since I had just driven 150 freeway miles earlier in the day--Eric comes out to tell me that my key is done and he even ran it through the car wash! I was pumped! Overall, a very pleasant staff all the way around. Thank you, Temecula Mazda! :D More
We showed up an hour early for our appointment and were greeted with smiles. There was no problem with gettin us in earlier. I will for sure be upgrading my carwash every time I go there! No one pressured us into doing more services than we were there for. I've had experiences at other dealers where the service writer clearly just wanted to sell, sell, sell. That has never been the case at John Hine Mazda which is one big reason why we go back. It is also a big reason why we DO use them when we need to have something done, like tires. Thanks!! More
The servcice advisor was very friendly and helpful. She is very welcoming. She understood what I needed and suggested the right thing to do. She made sure the job was completed on time as promised. The service team at John Hine Temecula Mazda was outstanding. I actually dealt with Shannon, Sarah and Kristina during my recent service visits. It is always a pleasant and painless experience whenever I visit the Hines Mazda dealership. The staff is always so wonderful and helpful. John Hine Mazda continues to exceed normal service standards. All personnel are friendly and helpful, the quality of work done is always great. No pressure, just guidance and information to make the decision what car to buy my very own. The Finance Department smoothly prepared all the documentation in a very short time (my good credit rating expedited the process), and before I knew it I was the owner of my new Mazda3. Service: The service coupons the dealership offers help with a strained budget and the 5000 Mile Club Member discount (every 5th service free) are a much appreciated benefit, lowering the already competitive service cost even more. If you are waiting on your car service: the customer waiting lounge offers not only internet access and television viewing but also one of the best cup of coffee's around town. Waiting time passes very quickly while you are busy taking care of personal business on the internet. watching TV or bringing a book to read. Personnel is always friendly and accommodating. Mazda Temecula Service Department far outshines any oil changer or car service around town - not quite sure why people have not done the math on that yet.
