I dropped my car off at 9am for an appointment that was setup the prior week. I was asked if I would like my car washed before I picked it up and said that would be great! I came back to pick up my car aro setup the prior week. I was asked if I would like my car washed before I picked it up and said that would be great! I came back to pick up my car around noon and was told that it was ready but wasn't washed yet and that there were four cars ahead of mine and I said I am here to pick up my car and will forego the wash. I think overall you guys do a good job, but the difference between a good job and a great job is getting things done timely. I wanted my car washed and you guys had my car for 3 plus hours I shouldn't have had to wait to get my car washed it should have been done. More

I've given up with this dealership. The actual humans that you communicate with are totally fine. (Except when they forget forget tell you that your car will he staying overnight, despite you walking bac that you communicate with are totally fine. But when it comes to work,, everything is an argument, and they do not accept any responsibility for their own mistakes if they know it will cost them money. Don't get any large work done if you expect them to own up to anything that has gone wrong. They also regularly use scummy fear tactics in describing a 2-minite cabin or engine air filter change job to those who don't know how easy it is, and get them to pay 80 bucks for a part you can buy for 20 and install in a minute. I understand paying shop labor rate, but they make it seem like it's going to be a detriment to your health and safety if you don't use them to change your filters lol. Anyway, if you're under warranty, I'd find another Mazda dealership, and if you're not, absolutely go to an independent shop. More
