Very positive experience with the service staff. Also building was spotless (including the RR). First time I've has a service department send me a video of the service procedure, very interesting. The agent was exceptional and I really want to give him a 5 star, however, when I brought my car for a smog right after oil change, they told me that the engine was dirty with spillage and I remember I saw a 5 star, however, when I brought my car for a smog right after oil change, they told me that the engine was dirty with spillage and I remember I saw a video about it.
