The oil change and tire rotation was un-eventful,... as it should be. The appointment schedule was convenient but next time I'll just drop the car off and not wait for it in the lobby. It was a good experience overall. Price negotiation of my trade in was a big disappointment as they undervalued my car and offered a discount in the extended warranty which probably was not real in order my trade in was a big disappointment as they undervalued my car and offered a discount in the extended warranty which probably was not real in order to "compensate" for the low ball offer. I was very close to leave the dealer but Jaime Sanchez is a really nice guy and did not want to impact him. I suggest you are less greedy next time as I always got fair price for my trade-ins with Toyota and Honda in Temecula. More

They were fast and provided excellent service. I lost a windshield wiper 1-2 months after having them replaced at Mazda. This time was better than before. Last time windshield wipers were bad and it was not reported on post service paperwork. So I made a point of letting people know there was an issue with the wipers before wipers were bad and it was not reported on post service paperwork. So I made a point of letting people know there was an issue with the wipers before it went to be serviced. Also on previous services I reported bogging down when accelerating and they said they found no issues. I'm now past warrantee and still having the same issues. Out of the multiple cars I have purchased or leased through John Hine this car I have been the most dis-satisfied with. Patricia and Tabitha have been great to work with. More
